What is Included

  • Guests will have their own private room and bathroom within a larger space shared with other retreat guests. The shared spaces include a living room and kitchenette.

  • Light breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided daily, handcrafted from local, sustainable, and healthy ingredients

  • Interested in a cold plunge, wellness class, sauna, or short hike? All of these activities are available if you want to try them out!

What is Not Included

  • Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, WI. It is located 4 hours away from Minneapolis. If you want a shorter drive you can fly into Ironwood Airport (IWD) and cut your drive down to 1 hour.

  • While alcohol is available, it is not included in the cost of the retreat.
